Oren Kravetz

President

Oren is a husband and father of two. He grew up practicing traditional Judaism and took on more observances over time. He is often seeking out new philosophies and ways of thinking about Judaism and his connection to Hashem. He previously served on the executive board of a local synagogue and is now committed to growing Koleinu's community.

Lily Langer

Vice President, Founder

Lily is passionate about progress and works diligently to make her community a more inclusive, open space. She is vocal about her personal struggles with mental health and advocates for de-stigmatizing mental health treatment. She is proudly Queer and believes that everyone deserves a family who accepts their truest self - biological or found. She is a protective “Pride Mom” who offers love and family connection to Queer youth.

Judah Rabinowitz

Treasurer, Founder

Judah, a devoted husband and father of four, has built a professional career as a Chief Data Officer and Chief Actuary for multiple organizations. Balancing his professional life with a strong commitment to community service, he has played a significant role in various Jewish non-profit boards, where he continually promotes and advocates for diversity and inclusion.

Leora Skier

Secretary, Founder, President Emeritus

Leora is a Fair Lawn mom who is passionate about increasing opportunities in public Jewish life for women and LGBTQ+ Jews. In her spare time, Leora can be found adding volumes to her collections of unique Siddurim or out-of-print Jewish women's history books. In her unspare time, Leora directs the video production department at a healthcare marketing agency, and runs a side business editing videos for nonprofits. She recently completed a leadership training program through the Orthodox Leadership Project.
